Electromechanical barriers
The entrances of industrial buildings, parking places, residential or fitness centres have often to be regulated and permitted only to authorised people. Electromechanical barriers are still the easiest and most widespread solution. Key Automation has developed for the market ALT: electromechanical barriers up to 4 or 6 m, with or without incorporated flashing light. Gear motors are equipped with the new control unit with encoder system fir detecting obstacles and with transducer of position. In case of installation of electric limit switches, it is possible to regulate slowdown in their proximity. The system is pre-set for battery charger and this allows the functioning of the system also in case of lack of electricity in order to carry out necessary emergency movements. For the programming phase, the "easyprog" system is activated. Barriers can support also safety systems and the installation of the device of mass detection. The 4 m long version is also available with articulated arms in order to allow the complete opening of the bar in any kind of entrace.
